• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer shipping throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location.
• Standard Shipping:

• Cost: Calculated at checkout
For larger or heavier items, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges will be displayed during checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
4. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
• If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.
• In case of lost or delayed shipments, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• TruckFiltersShop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside of our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances).
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
• Changes or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
